No-nonsense returns policy, Too big? Too small? Too something else? If you’re not completely satisfied, or simply just change your mind, you can return your products within 15 days. It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Gardensouq purchase. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in a new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging.

You can return any non-perishable product(s)*, as long as it’s in unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please provide proof of purchase, i.e. such as your invoice. If your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused, Gardensouq may refuse to refund or exchange your items. Your product(s) must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

We may refuse the return only if the returns criteria are not fully met. We do not offer products for rent or temporary use. Gardensouq reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges to anyone where Gardensouq, in its sole discretion, suspects abuse of its return policy. Please note that we inspect the item(s) and if a product has been used or handled in a way that has diminished its value, we may also reduce the value of the refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the merchandise.

Additional or different terms and conditions may apply in relation to the returns of the product(s) that are a perishable product(s)** for quality and/or safety reasons. The refund or exchange of product(s) does not extend to discounted/reduction sales/deals product(s) and will be considered as the final purchase. The refund or exchange of product(s) does not extend to perishable Product(s) including but not limited to fresh flowers and plants. See perishable product details below.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Department on telephone number +971 52 203 6798 or email us on [email protected] As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us at our premises Savannah So Beautiful located at Warsan 3 opposite to Dubai Birds and Pets Market within 14 days and we will provide a refund on the product(s) or exchange the product(s) with an alternative product(s) of equivalent quality and price if possible based on your selection, minus the cost of delivery and additional services (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging, and delivery).

Delivery charges are non-refundable, in case if there were no delivery charges due to promotions, a delivery charge of 49.99 AED will be deducted (if the driver has dispatched), and further delivery charges will apply for any exchanged product(s) that requires a delivery pickup/dropoff.

Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging, and delivery). If we receive notice of your cancellation of a product(s) [before dispatch] we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that product(s).
