The following rates will apply for delivery in U.A.E of orders under AED 99:

  • Dubai: AED 19.99 – Delivery in 0-2 Business Days.
  • Sharjah: AED 19.99 – Delivery in 1-3 Business Days.
  • Abu Dhabi: AED 29.99 – Delivery in 1-5 Business Days.
  • Ajman: AED 29.99 – Delivery in 1-5 Business Days.
  • Al Ain: AED 29.99 – Delivery in 1-5 Business Days.
  • Fujairah: AED 29.99 – Delivery in 1-5 Business Days.
  • Ras Al Khaimah: AED 29.99 – Delivery in 1-5 Business Days.

Delivery of Goods

We will deliver the product(s) ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 7 days of your order or in the case of specified delivery date on that date.

You will become the owner of the product(s) you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the product(s) have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Delivery of Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect product(s), please notify our Customer Services Department on telephone number +971 52 203 6798 or email us on [email protected] as soon as possible and we will arrange a pickup of the product(s) [and a refund will be provided]. If you would like us to replace the incorrect product(s) with the product(s) that you ordered, we will send you the correct product(s) as soon as possible.

We will reimburse any reasonable delivery costs you incur in returning the following product(s) to us: – Product(s) we delivered to you in error; or – product(s) that you can prove were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect.

Until you return such product(s) to us you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Delivery Liability

If the product(s) we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity then you must notify us immediately either contacting our Customer Services Department on telephone number +971 52 203 6798 or email us on [email protected]

If you do not receive goods ordered within 10 days of the date on which you ordered them or in the case of a specified delivery date within 10 days of that date, then you must notify us contacting our Customer Services Department on telephone number +971 52 203 6798 or email us on [email protected].

If you notify us of a problem under this condition, then at your option we will either:

    • Make good any shortage or non-delivery;
    • Replace or repair any product(s) that are damaged or defective; or
    • Refund to you the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question in whatever way we choose, and we shall have no further liability to you.

Save as precluded by law and except where you are dealing as a consumer, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question under clause above.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Change of Delivery Date for Perishables

Change of delivery date for the perishable product(s), including but not limited to fresh flowers and plants must be received 24-hours in advance of dispatch of the product(s). Any change request received with less than a 24-hour notice will in certain circumstances result in up to an additional 50% charge on the perishable product(s) ordered.
