At Gardensouq.com©, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible and ensuring that your order is delivered in perfect condition. For our Dubai customers, we offer free delivery within 0-3 days.
Please note that we are not currently delivering to other cities. To qualify for free deliveries, orders must exceed AED 195.
Dispatch of Goods
We will Dispatch the product(s) you ordered to the address specified during checkout as quickly as possible after your order has been accepted. In any case, we are committed on delivering within seven days of the order date or on the specified delivery date.
Ownership of the product(s) you’ve ordered will transfer to you upon delivery. Upon receipt, the product(s) will be your responsibility, and we will not be accountable for any loss or damage to them.
Incorrect Products
In rare case, If we have sent you an incorrect product(s), please notify our Customer Services Department on telephone number +971 52 203 6798 or email us on [email protected] as soon as possible and we will arrange a pickup of the product(s) for an exchange to the correct products (subject to availability).
Responsibilities for Product Return and Safekeeping If there is a mistake with the product delivery, it is your responsibility to promptly inform the delivery team, and have the product returned immediately upon delivery.
This is particularly important in the case of perishable items, to prevent any liability or damage to the product. Please ensure that the product(s) are kept safe and secure until you have returned them to us. If any damage occurs to the product while in your care, you will be held responsible and liable for it.
Notifying Gardensouq of Product Issues and Delivery Concerns
Gardensouq is committed to providing you with the best possible service. In the event that the product(s) you receive are damaged, defective, not what you ordered, or the incorrect quantity was delivered, please notify us immediately at the moment of the delivery. Additionally, if you have not received goods within 10 days of the order date, or within 10 days of a specified delivery date, please contact our Customer Services Department using the same contact details above. We appreciate your support and look forward to assisting you.
Notification of Problems: Our Liability and Options for Resolution
If you make us aware of any problems concerning our products, we offer the following solutions at your discretion:
- Replace or repair any damaged or defective products.
- Make good any shortage or non-delivery.
- Refund the paid amount for the product(s) in question using any method we deem appropriate. We shall have no further liability to you.
Save as precluded by law and except where you are dealing as a consumer, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question under clause above.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law.
Modifications to Delivery Date for Perishable Products
Please note that any changes to the delivery date for perishable products such as fresh flowers and plants must be given 24-hour notice before dispatch. Requests received with less than 24-hour notice may result in an additional charge, up to 50% of the cost of the ordered perishable product(s), in some cases.
