If you forget or don’t have access to your GardenSouq account, you can reset your password by clicking on the login page, and selecting the “Lost your password?” link.

Yes! You can place your order by cash or card upon delivery. Please select the ‘Cash/Card on delivery’ option at the checkout page.

(Pro Tip: Our delivery team always carries a debit/credit card machine as well).

There are multiple ways of providing us feedback on your order. 

  1. You can send us an email directly from the ‘Contact Us’ page.
  2. You can send us a WhatsApp message directly from the homepage or the ‘Contact Us’ page.
  3. You can reply to our order completion email after an order as been completed.
  4. You can reply to our order Follow Up email.

Every feedback is highly appreciated and helps us improve all your future orders.

Our delivery team is working tirelessly to deliver orders on the same day they are placed (for free), although sometimes when an order is placed later into the day, they are delivered by our delivery team the next day. 

If you would like to get a refund on any order that has been placed, please contact us directly from the ‘Contact Us’ page and we would be glad to help. uses end-to-end encryption (like WhatsApp), your data is highly safe with us. All card payments are externally processed through banks, we intentionally have no access to your payment information.
